Grab your camera and get ready to see the world in a whole new way! In this exciting 3-day workshop, LA and Yosemite-based photographer Aaron Poole will guide kids and teens through the foundations of great photography — from mastering composition and lighting to capturing the perfect angle.

About Aaron Poole
Aaron Poole is a seasoned photographer with over a decade of experience in commercial, entertainment, nature, and sports photography. His work has taken him from the glamour of Hollywood’s biggest award shows to the grandeur of Yosemite’s landscapes, and everywhere in between.
He’s captured some of the most iconic moments in recent pop culture, including the unforgettable 2017 Oscars mix-up between La La Land and Moonlight—his photograph of that moment remains one of the most widely circulated images from the event. Aaron has worked with top-tier talent like Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant, bringing a signature blend of creativity, technical mastery, and emotional storytelling to every shot.
His nature photography has been featured by the Ansel Adams Gallery, and his passion for teaching shines through in every private session, workshop and class. With a hands-on, encouraging approach, Aaron helps photographers build skills, confidence, and a lasting love for the art of visual storytelling.
